There is a gold-rush atmosphere - especially among those companies that are supposed to "rebuild" Ukraine. This includes the arms and technology industry, such as the Rheinmetall corporation.

The health system is about to be completely transformed by international organisations and the medical-pharmaceutical technostructure. Many EU Member States will not fight back - their health systems are under great pressure and can no longer be funded.

The technostructure is not only in competition with each other - as far as energy resources are concerned - but also with the states. In the process, it keeps most of the profits for itself. The states that are exploited have to bear the costs.
